Reception staff and nurses incredibly warm, friendly and helpful as always!
Appointment within 24 hrs with nurse - could've had one sooner!

That there is now a nurse practitioner so do not have to wait as long as before.
Appointments on night very difficult to get. More pre booked appointments need to be available.
Would have liked to choose between nurse and doctor that was on as would have chosen the nurse.
Excellent from nurse.

Drs and practitioners listen and advice.
Not sure I like the new system as if you have returned for ongoing treatment seeing same doctor means they get to know your problems.

I like being able to use the akp in service in a nothing although I would like to be able to book an appointment for the afternoon in advance rather than having to call at 8:30 in that morning. I really like the receptionists and doctors and nurses and they have always listened really well when I have been in.
